As an HR Payroll Administration Specialist for Germany, you’ll play a key role in shaping a smooth and positive employee experience. You will operate in a highly confidential environment where you will be accountable for strict adherence to GDPR and data privacy standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end administration and operational support of payroll activities.
- Prepare, process, and validate payroll-related data and documentation to support accurate payroll processing and post-payroll activities.
- Maintain payroll-related employee data in payroll and HR systems, ensuring information remains accurate, consistent, and up to date at all times.
- Manage payroll-related requests received through case management tools (ServiceNow and etc.), workflows, and designated inboxes, ensuring timely and accurate handling of each request.
- Support data validation, correction activities, and payroll reconciliations to maintain data quality and integrity across systems.
- Work closely and collaboratively with colleagues, Payroll, and HR teams to support smooth and effective service delivery.
- Apply approved work instructions, user guides, process documentation, and training materials consistently in daily operations, ensuring full adherence to defined processes and controls.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in HR operations or payroll administration, operations or HR shared services.
- Working knowledge of GDPR and data privacy principles.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Employee Central, SuccessFactors); ticketing tools like ServiceNow are a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills in English & German.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR software.
- Service-oriented mindset, problem-solving skills, and flexibility in a fast-changing environment.
