Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR Expert with French to join our function. The HRIS Expert will act as the primary administrator for our HR systems, ensuring accurate employee data, supporting operational HR processes, managing integrations, and contributing to reporting and analytics. The role also participates in HRIS projects, upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

HRIS Administration & Data Management

  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee data in the HRIS
  • Manage system updates, workflows, and HR lifecycle events
  • Oversee integrations between HR systems (Nessie, SAP, SuccessFactors…) and other business applications

 

Reporting & Insights

  • Develop, maintain, and optimize dashboards and recurring reports
  • Run ad-hoc analyses for HR and management
  • Monitor data quality and consistency

 

Support & Training

  • Provide expert support to HR, Payroll, and IT users
  • Troubleshoot issues and coordinate actions with internal teams or providers
  • Train HR staff and end users on system functionalities and updates

 

Projects & Documentation

  • Contribute to HRIS projects and system enhancements
  • Participate in upgrades and testing cycles
  • Maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and procedures

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • French fluency required (C1 minimum), English proficiency
  • Strong experience with HRIS platforms (ideally Nessie, SAP HR/HCM, SuccessFactors)
  • Good understanding of HR processes, payroll flows, and organizational data
  • Experience in reporting and dashboards (Power BI is a plus)
  • Proven experience as HRIS Analyst, HRIS Expert, or People Data Specialist
  • Ability to manage both operations and project activities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented, structured, and comfortable training others
  • Strong sense of data privacy, compliance, and process discipline
