Job Summary:  

 

The “HR Data Maintenance” is responsible for the processing of received requests. This position supports operations by monitoring, analyzing and governing master, key, and relationship data within the organization. Ensures data integrity and quality. Identifies areas for improvements and resolves data quality problems. Develops documentation.  Ensures requests are processed and fulfilled accurately and timely by liaising with requestors and internal resources. 

 

Principal Responsibilities:

 

  • Maintaining and updating SAP vendor data with sensitive employee information according to the organizational structures across the different platforms 
  • Controlling and technical preparation of requests 
  • Preparatory activities on data maintenance  
  • Documentation of the processes and work carried out in the team 
  • Analysis and quality control of the work results 
  • Application of preventive actions to ensure service continuity 
  • Active participation in alignment meetings and contribution  
  • Compliance with data protection requirements according to GDPR 
  • Reporting and presenting  
  • Complies with company policies and procedures 
  • Active participation in the daily operational activities of his/her team 
  • Proactive proposal of optimization and simplification of the processes leading to faster and better service quality.  
  • Seeking for improvement of one’s language and process level knowledge.  

 

Job requirements: 

 

  • German and English language – written and verbal proficiency 
  • SAP-GUI & Transactions in Personnel Admin and Organisation management (general understanding is an advantage) ; 
  • SAP-Ad-hoc-Query incl creation or amendment of queries (general understanding as of advantage); 
  • EXCEL Macro and EXCEL-Power Query (general understanding); 
  • Generation of reports via SAP queries, ESS Time, analysis on deviations and required system changes 
  • Experience with documenting processes in German- desktop procedures, etc.
