To ensure success, the HR Administrator should display remarkable communication skills with a solid understanding of employee relationships, staffing management, and payroll and benefits administration. Top candidates will be superb at problem-solving, efficient in scheduling, and precise in the compliance process.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Assist with administering and creating HR documentation and personnel files
  • Coordinating & completing all necessary onboarding, offboarding, and payroll documents
  • Serve as point of contact with benefit vendors and administrators: multisport and food voucher processes, additional health insurance.
  • Oversee the completion of required compensation and benefit documentation
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity
  • Complete paperwork for promotions, internal changes of roles, etc.
  • Serve as point of contact for Health & Safety procedure and coordinate required documents completion.
  • Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.

 

Required Skills and Experience:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience as an HR Administrator is a must
  • Labor Law and employment regulations knowledge.
  • Understanding of HR functions and best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Works well under pressure and meets tight deadlines.
  • Highly computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
  • Accuracy & attention to detail
  • Independent thinker and problem-solver
  • Fluent in English language
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and prioritization skills
  • Positive attitude
