Summary Overview:
As a Group Sustainable Finance Expert, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our sustainability initiatives by integrating sustainability criteria into financial reporting, analysis, and decision-making processes. You will bridge between the Finance Function and the Group Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Department to ensure alignment of Atos’ financial and non-financial reporting, collaborate with various teams to ensure Atos’ CSR strategy and goals are met.
Job Responsibilities:
- Generate reports in accordance with regulatory requirements applicable to Atos, assessing the environmental, social, and governance performance of Atos.
- Work closely to incorporate ESG factors into investment analysis and portfolio management decisions, developing KPI tables, preparing revenue, CapEx, OpEx, etc.
- Develop financial models that incorporate sustainability factors, and act as key the finance contact for financial and non-financial auditors.
- Define and prepare required qualitative and quantitative disclosures for the financial year. Support the audit process, including calls and ad-hoc requests.
- Stay updated on relevant sustainable finance regulations and reporting requirements, ensuring the company's compliance and proactively adapting to changing regulatory landscapes.
- Engage with internal stakeholders and assist the CSR, Procurement, Risk and Compliance teams in responding to clients’, regulators’, and sustainability organizations’ inquiries in line with the regulatory requirements.
- Organize and facilitate meetings and workshops to internal teams on sustainable finance principles and practices, fostering a culture of sustainability awareness.
- Perform portfolio analysis and screening in collaboration with the CSR taxonomy lead.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting / Finance, or relevant educational background.
- Proven CSR or ESG certification and practical experience implementing the knowledge.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sustainability role with a financial background.
- Sufficient knowledge on sustainable finance tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
- Being up to date with the latest development on the sustainability world but not limited to sustainable finance.
- Self-starter who can excel in a fast-paced, highly dynamic environment.
- Solid Microsoft Office package experience.
