For our Global Business Services Center (GBSC), located in TSUM Business Center, we are looking for a Group Internal Controller. 

 

Under the supervision of the Group's Internal Control & ERM Director, you will participate to internal control strengthening activities for the entire Group including support functions and operations, as well as to the identification and assessment of enterprise risks. This includes:

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Participate in the process of maintaining and improving the internal control framework for support functions and operations (work at the heart of the activity to understand processes and related controls, consider the change in regulation, ...).
  • Participate in awareness campaigns with management and employees on the importance of internal control
  • Carry out the "Self-assessment" and "Control Testing" campaigns to ensure the understanding / application of the control procedures
  • Follow up on the corrective actions to be implemented in case of identified weaknesses
  • Participate in the identification of strategic risks and their assessment with Top management and risk owners as well as the definition of proper mitigation plan.
  • Assist in the preparation of various presentations and documentation

 

Job Requirements

 

  • A Business School or University degree, at Master level is required, ideally with focus on Internal Control, Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, or Analytics.
  • High potential with 4 to 6 years’ experience in related domains (internal control, risk management, internal audit, consulting) at an international company.
  • Professional certifications like COSO IC or ERM are a plus.
  • Effective communication skills (both written and oral) and professionalism in interactions with team members and other departments are essential.
  • Fluency in English is required, and an international background is appreciated.
  • A rigorous approach with strong analytical and synthesis capabilities complemented with critical thinking skills, oriented towards problem-solving.
  • Organized, proactive, and able to learn quickly and adapt to change
  • Aptitude for data processing and the ability to turn information into insights to deliver value.
  • Open-mindedness, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is mandatory; knowledge of Power BI and AI tools will be very helpful. Knowledge of GRC tooling such as AuditBoard would be a plus.
