Join our Global HR Shared Services (GSSC) team and work on a high-impact project that influences how organizations operate globally. You will analyze real HR transitions into shared services and build compelling business cases demonstrating cost efficiency, operational excellence, and scalable delivery models.

 

What you'll be doing:

 

    • Analyze successful HR transitions across countries
    • Build data-driven business cases (cost, efficiency, service improvements; enhanced user experience)
    • Compare before vs after operating models & process flows
    • Identify success factors (standardization, automation, governance)
    • Create executive-ready presentations and summaries
    • Collaborate with global stakeholders and present in front of senior leadership

 

What we are looking for:

 

    • Preferred Background: Business, HR, Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar
    • Strong analytical thinking and structured approach to task evaluation & planning
    • Ability to derive insights from data
    • Good communication and presentation skills using MS Office
    • Curiosity and attention to detail
    • Strong proficiency in written and spoken English.
