Job Summary:
The Finance Internal Control Specialist will support the Finance Internal Control Managers for overseeing the risk and internal controls related to the finance function. The role supports the Manager in all risk and internal control initiatives and activities, including the review of controls, recommendations for improvements, employee training, and modifications to policies and procedures as needed.

Job Responsibilities:
- Support the Finance Internal Control Managers (FICM) in the execution of the internal control objectives and activities.
- Take ownership and maintain the technical set up and configuration of the Internal Control Tool (Closing and Permanent files).
- Participate in the preparation of the GEO scope for each reporting period (multiple times per year).
- Support the Internal Control Managers in the proper maintenance across all countries and locations, accesses are properly managed and completion and quality of Internal Control tool is adequately monitored.
- Prepare specific analysis and reports in relation to the Internal Control Tool to enable the FICM to manage adequately the process, monitor completion status, review evidences and document their conclusions in an efficient manner.
- Support the FICM in the analysis of the Segregation of Duties (SoD) by preparing specific analysis and reports based on the requirements.
- Support the Group Finance FICM in the daily internal control activities in relation to their area.
- Take active part and contribute to projects and ad hoc activities led by FICMs such as SoD, set review and update, optimize work of Internal Control Tool and inclusion of additional functionalities as per FICM and business requirements, etc.
- Assist FICMs in resolving timely resolution and remediation of Group Internal Audit observations.
- Take part of the internal control testing campaigns by supporting the FICMs in the evidences review and documentation.
Job Requirements:
- BS/BA or equivalent experience in Accounting, Finance or advanced degree.
- Knowledge of Finance processes with at least 3 years of experience in Finance/Accounting.
- Experience of Internal Control / Risk domains will be considered as advantage.
- Very good knowledge of Excel and MS office.
- Solid communication and written skills in English.
- Ability to work autonomously and propose ideas and solutions.
- Feeling capable and comfortable to work in an international and multicultural team.
- Strong communication and good organizational skills
