We are excited to announce a newly created opportunity to join our team as Finance Business Partner - Global IT! This is a high-impact role offering the chance to shape the financial steering of our global IT & Security function and contribute directly to the Group’s performance.

As the Financial Business Partner to the Global Head of IT & Security, you will own cost controlling for global structures and local support teams, ensuring transparency, efficiency, and reliable forecasting worldwide. You will work closely with senior stakeholders, guide financial analysts, align regional controllers, and oversee IT recharges to maintain strong financial governance and consistency across regions.

Job Responsibilities:

• Own budgeting, forecasting, and performance management for Global IT & Security across the Group.
• Provide clear financial insights on cost drivers to the Global Head of IT & Security and senior stakeholders, challenging teams to enhance efficiency and value.
• Supervise key transformation initiatives across headquarters and global support functions.
• Instruct regional controllers and financial analysts, ensuring collaboration and capability development.
• Ensure accurate reporting, tax compliance, audit readiness, and timely management of POs, intercompany agreements, and charges.
• Govern the shared services financial framework, including cost allocation methodologies and compliance at the local, regional, and global levels.
• Drive optimization of delivery models, cost-to-serve, financial transparency, and internal customer satisfaction.
• Promote a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• Support the roll-out of AI initiatives within Finance

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration, or equivalent experience; CPA or equivalent is preferred.
• 5+ years of proven experience in cost controlling within a complex multinational environment, ideally including head office exposure.
• Proven track record in managing complex budgets and influencing senior collaborators across regions.
• Experience working with SAP (Controlling, General Ledger, and Procure-to-Pay processes).
• Advanced Excel skills with strong proficiency in BI and reporting tools.
• Strong written and spoken English skills; French is considered an advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills with high attention to detail and integrity.
• Strong communication and collaborative leadership skills with a proactive approach.
• Ability to perform well in a setting characterized by uncertainty and transition.
