Summary Overview:

We are happy to announce a new opportunity within our team - Finance Business Partner - Commercial! This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of finance, analysis, and stakeholder collaboration, and is eager to make a visible impact on business performance.

You will play a key role in driving transparency and clarity in financial performance across the organization. You will be responsible for consolidating and harmonizing finance reports, analyzing stakeholder-related costs, and delivering meaningful monthly commercial insights to senior leadership.

You will be ensuring accurate cost allocation and will act as a trusted link between Finance, the Head of the Global Shared Services Center, HR SPOCs, and other key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Financial Reporting & Insights: Consolidate, validate, and analyze finance reports (Actuals, Forecasts, Projections) to provide accurate, actionable insights on costs, drivers, variances, and trends.
• Stakeholder Communication: Present monthly commercial results and explanations clearly to the Head of GSSC, HR SPOCs, and other stakeholders.
• Commercial Governance: Support accurate cost allocation and financial charging processes, maintain reporting documentation, and suggest improvements where needed.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the commercial point of contact for Finance, HR, and GSSC, ensuring timely input and supporting senior leaders with ad hoc analyses.

Job Requirements:

• Background in Finance, Controlling, Commercial Management, or Business Analytics
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, data cleaning, merging datasets)
• Strong written and spoken skills in English
• Strong analytical and financial skills, particularly in cost breakdown and charge mechanisms
• Excellent communication skills, able to translate financials into clear messages for non-finance audiences
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and meet recurring monthly deadlines
