FP&A Specialist

We are looking for an expert to join our team as FP&A specialist for Norther Europe! You will assist in management of monthly and quarterly actual consolidation, budget and forecast data to the business at GBU and Corporate level. You will also ensure smooth running of reporting process and manage reporting staff effectively.

Job Responsibilities: 

• Responsible for production of monthly reporting by country and division, including forecasting, annual budget and any re-forecasting exercise.

• Coordinate with the relevant units to ensure the quality of data and identify and resolve issues and problems.

• Help facilitate standardisation of monthly reporting.

• Ad-hoc Division reporting requests and analysis.

• Advise on the implementation & deployment of new processes, systems and standards.

Job Requirements: 

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance or a relevant field. 

• Proven experience in the financial or reporting field. 

• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills with some Power query and Power BI knowledge.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex messages.

• Show understanding of business implications on reporting process.

• Proactively seeks feedback from others to support personal development action plans.

• Adapts to changing circumstances and takes a positive approach to dealing with change.

• Takes ownership and follows through on decisions and actions.
