Job Summary

 

Are you passionate about turning financial data into strategic insights that guide business decisions?

 

Join us as an FP&A Analyst, where you will play a key role in driving accurate forecasting, financial planning, and performance analysis at Group level. In this role, you will support leadership with meaningful insights, helping shape strategic direction and improve financial outcomes.

 

Job Responsibilities

 

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance financial forecasting models using historical data, business trends, and key drivers.
  • Support Group forecasting and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to align financial plans with business priorities and contribute to strategic planning initiatives.
  • Monitor performance versus forecast and budget, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Prepare insightful financial reports, including KPIs, trends, and forecast accuracy analysis.
  • Ensure data quality, compliance with financial standards, and integrity of reporting processes.

 

Job Requirements

 

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial and operational data.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience with Power BI, SAP, or similar financial tools.
  • Solid understanding of forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis, and financial reporting processes.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • High attention to detail, structured approach, and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Capability to translate financial insights into actionable business recommendations.
