Works closely with the business managers of Eviden Global Delivery Center to successfully contribute to the achievement of business objectives.  Acts as an active member of the management team with equal levels of influence and participation. Utilizes other HR professionals to undertake specific actions if appropriate.

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Contributes to the development of the business strategy within scope of responsibility.
  • Works with senior management to agree on people capability planning requirements for the mid- to long term, in line with business strategy and key skill requirements.
  • Develops and monitors initiatives to attract, retain and develop workforce capability and flexibility.
  • Applies methods for undertaking skill gap analysis, projecting future needs against existing skills and capabilities, interprets results, and produces an action plan for narrowing the gap.
  • Works with management in recognizing talent and identifying high-potentials and key contributors.
  • Responsible for the correct and high-quality execution of HR processes, such as Performance Management, IDP, (Inter)national Mobility, etc.
  • Establishes benefit and reward plans based on the needs of the business.
  • Manages on-time delivery of the compensation cycle, within budget, for own area of responsibility.
  • Responsible for monitoring the application of appropriate HR policies.
  • Alerts business management on potential legal risks relating to employment matters and works with appropriate HR specialists to give advice on approach to minimize risk.
  • Responsible for the translation of the general communication policy into concrete employee communication plans and projects.
  • Co-responsible with business management for planning, managing, and delivering results on change management projects that affect staff.

 

Job Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance or similiar field.
  • Proven track record in managing complex people issues, organizational change, and strategic workforce planning.
  • Demonstrated ability to create credibility and effectively formulate and deliver business strategy in partnership with management.
  • Experience in partnering with HR Specialists and Support staff to deliver business requirements.
  • Advanced knowledge of local labor laws and obligations, with the ability to advise management and mitigate legal risks.
  • Strong understanding of employee engagement factors and ability to link engagement with business performance.
  • Knowledge of compensation and benefits management, including equal pay and value principles.
  • Ability to anticipate key stakeholder issues and develop clear action plans and communication strategies for change management.
  • Familiarity with HR tools, systems, and data analytics for workforce planning and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Bulgarian and English language (C1 level)
