About the Role

We’re seeking a highly skilled and proactive Content Strategist to help shape, elevate and execute our editorial strategy. This is a unique opportunity for a strategic, hands-on professional who combines creativity with tech-savvy insights, someone who’s passionate about amplifying brand stories at global scale.

 

As Content Strategist, you will design and deliver a cohesive global content strategy, that strengthens our external communications, elevates brand awareness and positions Bull as a thought leader. By identifying the best formats, narratives and channels for each initiative, you will make sure to maximize visibility and grow our external community.

 

A key part of your role will be producing content in all its forms (papers, podcasts, scripts, videos etc.), overseeing editorial planning and production, manage content workflow and track performance to continuously optimize impact. A strong focus on digital excellence is key as you will refine content to perform across search engines and LLMs, ensuring our stories reach the audiences that matter. Day to day, you will be the bridge between the content marketing and communication teams, ensuring alignment and consistency on both sides, while making sure that Bull’s stories consistently reflect our brand values and goals.

 

As a born storyteller, the role requires interest, curiosity and an understanding of technology and technical domains, along with the ability to translate them into compelling stories and adapt them to various audiences – story telling skills are essential.

 

 

Location: United Kingdon (primary). Also opened to candidates based in Bulgaria. Fully remote within these locations.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and execute the content strategy to support the external communications objectives in brand awareness, thought leadership, and audience engagement.
  • Own end-to-end execution — from content creation, planning and scheduling to performance reporting.
  • Create and maintain an editorial calendar of project deadlines and content launch dates
  • Initiate and write engaging and search-engine friendly communications content for external channels: LinkedIn articles, blogs, byline articles, etc.
  • Manage production and editing of multimedia assets to support communications campaigns such as videos or infographics.
  • Develop and continuously refine a distinctive, creative messaging and storytelling approach that aligns with our brand guidelines, tone, and messaging frameworks.
  • Stay up to date with the industry trends, buzzing topics, and AI impact on content strategy.
  • Ensure regular internal coordination with spokespeople and experts as well as marketing and communications stakeholders.
  • Monitoring and measure the effectiveness and results of communications content and recommend ways to improve future content performance.

 

Required Experience & Skills

  • Full bilingual proficiency in English is mandatory, French is a plus.
  • Proven experience in content management, content marketing and/or digital marketing with a track record of delivering 360° content strategies.
  • Strong creative mindset with the ability to craft distinctive messaging and compelling storytelling approaches across formats and audiences.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with adaptability in tone and style for diverse platforms and formats.
  • Experience with the PlayPlay video editing platform is a strong plus.
  • High aesthetic sensibility and attention to detail to maintain high-quality content standards.
  • Proficiency in content optimization techniques, including SEO best practices.
  • Strong analytical mindset to measure content performance, conduct competition analysis, and track ROI.
  • Ability to work autonomously, take ownership of the content strategy and make informed content decisions.
  • Strong project management abilities to coordinate end-to-end content creation and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Collaborative and self-motivated, with a passion for digital innovation and brand storytelling.
