Job Responsibilities:
 

• Support the Head of Global BSC process by updating the bonus score card (BSC) documents – BSC HR guidelines, employees’ flyer, etc. each semester  

• Preparation of On Target Bonus (OTB) file based on SAP data, getting it validated from Global Business Units (GBU) and updating the same in MyCareer – the global performance and bonus management tool based on Success Factors modules 

• Check Bonus Plan Indicator (BPI) – and propose update to GBU C&B based on identified criteria and send request to update SAP accordingly

• Act as a Business Lines SPOC 

• Distribute workload to other team members when needed

• Prepare payout file and Generate BSC statements

• Validate the payroll cut-off dates and BSC goal plan criteria 

• Maintain the existing reports in the team and producing new ones when needed

Required Skills and Experience:

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits/Total Rewards 

• A strong analytical mind and a strong motivation for figure-driven and Information Systems tasks

• Very strong knowledge in Excel

• Proficiency in English
