Job Responsibilities:

Manage the publishing of job advertisements.

Source the best profiles for Eviden via different channels (LinkedIn, Job Board, Career fairs, etc.)

Pre-select the applicant or the proactively sourced profiles to match the business needs.

Attend virtual career fairs and meetings with universities.

Collect and record profiles from career fairs.
-
Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand and follow their needs.

Update and manage the applications in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).

Liaise closely with numerous universities.
Job Requirements:

Familiarity with social media channels and professional networks

Experience in the corporate field or in HR is a strong advantage

Passion for and knowledge of innovative technologies and recruitment tools

Ability to work in a fast-paced, redefining, and complex work environment

Intercultural awareness and ability to communicate successfully with partners from different backgrounds

Tenacity, agility, result-orientation, and positive outlook are prerequisites for success on the job

Proficiency in English and French
