We are looking for a motivated expert to join our team as a Bid Manager! The Bid Manager manages and facilitates the so-called Win2Deliver process at Eviden. This process is the internal management control and authorization process for solution and delivery commitments with external clients. You will be ensuring a consistent approach across all practices and industries, and interfaces between proposal teams, approvers, and key stakeholders. 

 

 

Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Execute the Win2Deliver (W2D) process according to the internal policies and escalate in case of deviations

  • Coordinate with the approvers in the process to ensure the best approach per deal

  • Act as an interface between the Bid team, relevant approvers, and key stakeholders

  • Organize and facilitate W2D meetings - ensure timely updates and communication of the key artifacts, such as actions, meeting minutes, deal tracker, and decisions

  • Collaborate with the W2D team to ensure a consistent approach and implementation of best practices and lessons learned

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Bid Control & Internal Approval, Deal Assurance, Contract Mgmt, Risk, and Pre-Sales to ensure alignment on upcoming deals

  • Pro-actively contribute to the continuous improvement of the process in close collaboration with the team, incorporating lessons learned and best practices

 

 

Job Requirements: 

 

  • Knowledge and experience with project and/or portfolio management methods 

  • Very good communication in spoken and written English (German or French is a strong advantage)

  • Strong organization skills and a proactive attitude 

  • Ability to convey ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing

  • Be open to change and guide the team through transitions 

  • Good MS Office skills
