Introduction:

  • The position covers delivery of business applications support in an Enterprise IT environment and resolution of application issues and operational changes in the following areas/systems: SAP ECC and CRM (Integrated Order Management/Trade promotion management/Hybris) processes
  • The work is organized on 8x5 basis (standard working hours)
  • The provided application support is based on a ticketing system
  • The position can be considered as a natural career path for people with aspirations to become business systems consultants or SAP

 

 

Main Responsibilities: 

 

  • Deliver system support services (3rd level) in SAP CRM (Integrated Order Management/Trade promotion management/Hybris) and SD (Sales) area via clients ticketing system: resolution of incidents, delivery of change requests and service requests
  • Ensure that SLAs (service level agreements) are delivered according to the requirements in the business unit
  • Technical realization of business processes in existing and in greenfield implementations: business process understanding; development assistance and coordination; CRM, Hybris and SD (ECC Sales) system customizing, configuration and adjustment; testing
  • Collaborate with external partners and various business stakeholders to achieve successful completion of the project/solution changes
  • Proactively identify and resolve system problems to enhance performance and prevent service deficiency
  • Maintain technical documentation: Functional Design Documents, Development Specifications, Test Scenarios

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • University degree
  • Experience in the support or implementation of business systems will be considered as strong advantage
  • Experience in SAP CRM system, CRM web UI, ECC SD module, Hybris suite will be considered as a strong advantage
  • Business understanding and knowledge in Integrated Order Management/Trade promotion management, Customer Care and Sales areas will be considered as a strong advantage
  • Ability to work in dynamic and multicultural environment managing various tasks in area of support and project delivery
  • Positive service-oriented attitude and strong attention to detail
  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and co-ordination skills
  • Pro-active learner and team player
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
