Responsibilities

• Participate in the support business process with resolving service requests and incidents for SAP BW Planning Applications;
• Collaborate with external partners and stakeholders for the successful completion of assigned tasks
• Contribute to Business Planning team’s initiatives/projects
• Assist the team to analyze and document system / application behavior;
• Participate in preparation and update of technical documentation;
• Understand the scope of the services, technical and business requirements, understand the components and interfaces.

Required Skills and Experience

• Experience in the area of business planning and SAP user knowledge will be considered as strong advantage.
• Previous experience and/or business knowledge in application support will be considered as strong advantage.
• Troubleshooting and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, customer focus;
• Self-organized, effective learner and team player;
• English: B2 or above;
• Strong interest in SAP systems.
