Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as Administrative Assistant where you will support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. In this role, you will be at the heart of office life — coordinating communication, supporting meetings and events, assisting with business travel, and welcoming employees, guests, and partners. You’ll work closely with the Administrative Manager and a variety of internal and external stakeholders, helping create a well-organized and welcoming workplace.
This position requires fully onsite support in our office based in TZUM.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support and assist the Administrative Manager.
- Coordinate internal and external communication with employees, partners, visitors, vendors and suppliers.
- Organize and support meetings, events, and business travel arrangements.
- Welcome and assist company guests and visitors, including travel and accommodation support.
- Coordinate office orders, deliveries, and basic inventory tracking.
- Manage and maintain database with employees’ access cards, corporate mobile numbers, sports cards, etc. Communicate with the respective service providers, to ensure accuracy and timely execution of any new requests / cancelations.
- Maintain our social media accounts to be up and running with the newest and most interesting content.
Job Requirements
- Very good command of English, both written and spoken.
- Strong organizational and priority management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and reliability.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Team-oriented and supportive mindset.
