Are you a detail-driven finance professional who thrives on both accuracy and business impact? We are looking for an Accounting Business Partner to play a key role in ensuring financial integrity while acting as a trusted partner to the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone who combines strong accounting expertise with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and the ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy of General Ledger entries in line with international (IFRS) and local accounting standards
• Prepare and validate financial data for monthly, quarterly, and annual closing
• Identify, investigate, and resolve accounting issues
• Record and review transactions across the profit and loss statement and balance sheet
• Analyze accounting entries and resolve open items with relevant stakeholders
• Support financial data consolidation and reporting processes
• Prepare cash flow reports and statutory financial statements
• Act as a key expert in an accounting area (e.g. general ledger, fixed assets, inventory, intercompany, cash and bank)
• Support analysis, resolve process issues, and contribute to ongoing projects
• Build strong relationships with finance teams and business stakeholders
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive solutions to enhance performance
• Participating in finance transformation projects that leverage automation and AI driven tools

Requirements:

• At least 5+ years of experience in accounting
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting
• Excellent spoken and written English skills
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work with different stakeholders
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Comfort working in an international environment
• An interest in digital tooling, automation, and improving processes
• AI proven experience will be considered as an advantage
