OpenText ECM Technical Consultant

Duties & Responsibilities

• Provide assistance and support with Opentext ECM technical related issues to the customers.
• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
• Produce Technical and Operational documentations.
• Experience in preparing project deliverables such as OpenText ECM Technical Design Document, etc.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and oral with cross-cultural competence.
• Provide support.
• Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide assistance and support to the customers for the Security Vulnerabilities issues.
• Interacting with project team to understand the requirements and help define solutions to address the client’s needs.

Job Qualifications/ Skills Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business, Engineering, or similar field or equivalent in a technical field.
• Candidate must Opentext certified resource
• Minimally 6+ years of working experience in design and architecture of OpenText ECM project implementation.
• Good Knowledge in OpenText Development (Content Webservice and Rest API).
• Knowledge in java or .net programming preferred.
• Working experience of one or more supporting technologies: Windows Servers, Unix Networking, and Databases.
• Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in techniques for performance testing and tuning RDBMS query performance
• Technical Knowledge of Storage, Network and Compute (Windows, UNIX, Linux) environments
• Sound knowledge on application sizing and fair knowledge on HW infra
• Good understanding of internet protocols, network and application security methods
