Key Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate, and analyze business requirements for IT projects and products; lead customer research, prepare research outlines and reports, produce high-quality requirement documentation, design product prototypes, and ensure alignment and confirmation of customer business needs against defined objectives.
- Participate in pre-sales and delivery-phase implementation support; take an end-to-end perspective from customer needs, project scope, and business context; take ownership of scope definition and deliver business solutions that meet both client requirements and project constraints.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (development, design, testing, etc.) to ensure requirement analysis and system design meet project standards and client expectations.
- Contribute to software development planning, track requirement delivery progress, coordinate and drive teams to deliver and launch features, and manage requirement changes.
- Continuously optimize products and business requirements; conduct industry research and competitive analysis.
- Lead project communication and coordination to resolve issues arising during the requirements analysis process.
Qualifications (Candidates meeting either of the first two tracks are eligible to apply)
- Bachelor’s degree in French or related field, with background in business, economics, or IT; strong communication skills, customer orientation, and high growth potential.
- Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade/Logistics (with French as a minor); fresh graduates (Class of 2025 or 2026) are welcome; strong communication skills, learning agility, and growth potential.
- Familiar with software development lifecycle; solid understanding and hands-on experience in system development processes, business process design, and relevant technologies.
- Excellent comprehension and structured communication skills; able to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Strong capabilities in requirement analysis and product design; proficient in requirement analysis, process modeling, and prototyping tools/methodologies to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong logical thinking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; able to independently engage with clients, close requirement confirmation loops, and drive project execution.
- Proficient in English communication; capable of handling requirement discussions with overseas clients.
- Strong business acumen, communication, and problem-solving skills; experience collaborating across systems and departments; able to manage project timelines and identify risks.
- Demonstrates ownership mindset, resilience under pressure, and ability to independently deliver assigned tasks.
