Job Responsibilities:
 
- Responsible for the Full Stack Software Engineering Services business, including digital software services frameworks, agile service delivery for applications, service optimization, enterprise architecture and intelligent automation. Utilize Agile and DevOps methodologies to reduce technology costs and improve service quality and efficiency.
- Lead and manage a 100 person business team to ensure team goals are met.
- Mainly focus on business communication and cooperation with foreign investors, joint ventures and other customers, and continuously develop the service market, especially for overseas companies.
- Formulate business development plans in accordance with the company's business development strategy and be able to motivate the team to work effectively to achieve business objectives.
- Report the progress and status of business objectives to global and China management, analyze operational data and indicators, propose improvement/enhancement plans and implement them.
- Cultivate and enhance the team's business capabilities and build a strong and cohesive management team.
 
Qualifications
 
- Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering or related field.
- At least 5 years of experience with software products, implementation projects, leading and managing teams.
- Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies and ability to apply them in practice.
