Job description
- Develop and explore business opportunities, maintain and develop the existing customer relationship; cultivate and develop potential customers.
- Conduct effective sales presentation, solution proposal, business negotiation and close deals both individually and as a team
- Work closely with Service line and solution team for technical and commercial proposal
- Provide weekly/monthly pipeline updates and reviews on individual and market performance and measures for improvement
Desired Skills and Experience
- At least 10 years sales experience in leading IT service firms
-  Good understanding of IT service offering especially with manufacturing and retail industry
- Outstanding selling skills with a track record of closing new business and achieve production quota consistently.
- Good presentation and negotiation skill in both Chinese and English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Well-developed interpersonal skills, with an ability to communicate well at all organizational levels
- Bachelor degree or above
