The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to Senior Level Executives, planning and managing in a high-functioning office, ensuring day to day operations run smoothly and efficiently.   The Executive Assistant is expected to role model the values and cultural attributes of the company; exercise outstanding judgment, discretion and diplomacy at all times; be exceptionally well-organized and appropriately represent the office with all external and internal audiences including Senior Leadership and staff at all levels across the organization. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:   Facilitate the daily workflow, processes and forward planning of the office. Ensure time management of  day to day appointments and business travel planning . Manage an extremely busy calendar of internal and external meetings. Schedule meetings, conference calls, travel itineraries and arrangements. Assemble travel briefings for business trips including travel information, meeting agendas, presentations, background and/or meeting materials, etc. Interface regularly with members of the Senior Leadership Team globally and within North America. Coordinate workflow and integrate processes and activities across the organization while ensuring excellence in planning and execution. Prepare expense reports, providing supporting documentation and assuring compliance with T&E policy. Research and prepare correspondence, agendas, presentations and other materials independently.
