This sales position in AtoS is responsible for acquiring new clients Manufacture Industry focused in CPG.
Job requires a results-driven Sales Executive that achieved IT and Advisory sales success in highly competitive markets.
Extensive experience in developing Executive-level relationships and partnering with clients and stakeholders is required.
Key attribute for being successful in this position is the ability to gain a high level of trust from both clients and internal team members.

This is a quota carrying SALES position
The Manufacture Industry Sales Leader manages client satisfaction and provides resources to larger accounts; ensures profit objectives are met, and manages ongoing strategic planning for a single complex account.
Develops relationships with clients to create synergy between client needs and effective business solutions.

Proactively build relationships and understand business goals of assigned clients
Essential Job Functions


  • High volume of Client facing meetings
  • Leads pursuit team in developing and substantiating a winning value proposition that meets the needs of the customer, including analyzing critical business drivers and risks
  • Responsible for validating/endorsing the total value of the Digital Transformation Service or Solution for the deal. Works with solution and delivery to assure that client’s interests are design can be properly delivered
  • Develops deal timeline and ensures that pursuit team meets deal milestones and deadlines
  • Interfaces with appropriate parties to ensure that objectives are met. Recommends methods to improve performance with regards to service level agreements, metrics and measurements, and business trends.
  • Acts as the liaison between operations and account management team. Assists in deploying resources to support business needs.
  • Provides support for larger projects within internal accounts. Facilitates integration of business solutions to ensure that client needs are met.
  • Recommends transition and transformation methods and ensures implementation to enhance business operations.
  • Recommends technical, contractual, administrative and financial policies, procedures and goals are met to ensure adherence to agreed upon requirements.
  • Coordinates with appropriate parties to leverage resources and solutions to reduce costs and meet service level agreements.
  • Interfaces directly with clients to ensure customer satisfaction with solutions, develop stronger on-going relationships, build new and broader relationships and identify additional opportunities for company solutions.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field preferred
  • Complex Sales experience in the Information Technology arena.
  • Experience in multi-million dollar, quota carrying “Sales” roles
  • Account Management experience

  • Must be fluent in English
  • Ability to cope with very high peak workloads, extensive travel and periods away from home, short deadlines and significant pressure
  • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
