About the role

The Global ABM Center of Excellence (CoE) Practitioner is a fundamental position within the Global Marketing team. They will run and lead the new world class ABM part of the CoE that delivers a step change in delivering exceptional client engagement for our accounts across all industries.

The role is global, opened in multiple locations across Europe. 



They will be responsible for designing, implementing & measuring against an approach/model that underpins key points of personalization and insight to strategically position Atos as a fundamental partner for our clients. This role will include leading on our global account-based marketing engagement and ecosystem across different industries. They will utilize and develop framework and governance models to drive best practice and ensure quality & consistency for our strategically important accounts across the industries.

They will align and co-create within areas of opportunity through planning and implementation sessions across all industries (consulting, marketing, sales, account teams), portfolio and global marketing teams to build the industry account-based marketing strategies & plans. They will support on the strategy, education & delivery of ABM, working with industries on embedding best practice for any campaigns run by the industries.

They will develop and be supported by an ecosystem of internal and external expertise to support an increase in reputation, relationships and revenue for Atos. They will nurture and guide industry talent, activate and manage the ABM COE budget & be responsible for the creation, delivery and improvement of the team’s important metrics.



  • Strategic planning and delivery for ABM across Atos globally that can then flow down to the industries

  • Building and delivering best practice for ABM led by the Industry Marketing teams

  • Managing performance of an ABM ecosystem of expertise

  • Design and implement the education and learning programs on ABM for the wider marketing community

  • Support and nurture a Global community across Industry Sales & Marketing to share and drive continuous improvement

  • Support and nurture a Global community across Industry clients to expand our global reputation within our strategic accounts

  • Monitor, measure and improve on KPI’s to measure the ongoing success of initiatives and best practice

  • ITSMA ABM Certified is preferred.
