Summary -

Are you interested in using your IT skills to support the Health & Life Sciences Industry? Join Atos for their exciting Epic Graduate Development Program! This program will provide you well-rounded training, job shadowing, mentoring and certification opportunities!

Your main responsibility will be to configure and provide fundamental functional and technical support for EPIC to a variety of business and clinical users. You’ll also collaborate with end users to understand the workflow and make corrective adjustments or enhancements. You will assist with the analysis, recommendations for corrective actions and resolution of problems within the software applications, and provide support for normal maintenance of upgrades, and system maintenance.


Responsibilities -

  • Provide analysis and documentation of workflows, data collections, end-user report details and other technical issues associated with the application, with vendor and internal business partners consideration
  • Create, modify and handle system build timely and effectively
  • Create and execute test scripts for new system builds
  • Provide application support, implement system updates and changes, and communicate those changes to super users and end users
  • Engage, manage and communicate to all internal partners
  • Solve problems by analyzing business issues/requirements, analyzing workflows and synthesizing key messages
  • Implement system updates and changes, and communicate those changes to end users
  • Coordinate training materials and schedules for all super users and end users
  • Serve as a liaison between end users, domain experts and vendor implementation team


Requirements -

  • Associate's degree majoring in Health Information Management, Information Technology or similar discipline
  • Recent graduate or within 12 months after graduation
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0
  • Willingness to complete training program and obtain Epic Certification
  • Possess solid skills in Microsoft Office
