        Position:CGO - Presales Solution Manager

        Roles & Responsibilities

  • Strategic Visioning: Assess and collaborate with customer CXOs and Technology Leaders in leading and building business outcome-driven technological transformational vision, SMART objectives, green/brown field strategies, and program charters.

  • Enterprise Architecture Leadership: Define, design, and govern the Enterprise Architecture (business, technical data, AI & security) leveraging frameworks like TOGAF and Zachman 5to produce strategic blueprints.

  • Feasibility & Modernization: Conduct detailed feasibility analysis (including the 6R Modernization model, Greenfield/Brownfield assessment) 7to define and guide MVP-based roadmaps.

  • Program Definition: Create business cases for multi-year programs, defining MVP-based roadmaps and wave-based rollouts through agile/waterfall/hybrid delivery models.

  • Compliance & Security: Ensure the strategic blueprint is regulatory-compliant, such as PDPL, CCRF, NCA, GDPR, and ISO 27001.

 

In Opportunity to Contract (O2C)

  • Partnership: Partner with Account Executives and Sales Leaders to drive Atos’ strategic logos/accounts and proactively establish strong, influential customer engagement to win and deliver contracts

  • Value Realization: Lead Customer requirements and RFI/RFP/RFQ responses promptly to deliver end-to-end futuristic Solutions for the exact scope with Atos’ USPs, ensuring focus on key commercial metrics, including T2V, TTM, TCO, xLAs, quality, cost, and profitability.

  • Portfolio & Partnerships: Drive the Atos Offering Portfolios and utilize Atos’ strategic global and local technology product and service partnerships.

       Key Deliverables & Expected Outcomes

The following are the deliverables to customers as part of the assessments and solutions.

  • Architectural Artifacts: Creation and presentation of comprehensive Atos Portfolios & Capabilities aligned to customers’ vision, Business Requirements, Strategy architecture blueprints, and security models.

  • Business Cases: Development of detailed business cases, including Business Values, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO), and Return on Investment (ROI).

  • Roadmap Execution: Definition of MVP-based roadmaps and wave-based rollouts.

         Technical & Architectural Skills

  • Overall Industry Experience: 15+ years in IT with a minimum of 5 years in senior Data, AI/ML, or Enterprise Architecture roles.

  • Data & AI Architecture: Strong capability in designing end-to-end Data, AI/ML, and GenAI architectures including ingestion, processing, storage, AI pipelines, model deployment, and governance.

  • Cloud & Data Platforms: Expertise in AWS, Azure, GCP, and modern data platforms such as Hadoop, Spark, Snowflake, Databricks, and cloud-native data services.

  • AI/ML & GenAI Platforms: Hands-on knowledge of Azure ML, SageMaker, TensorFlow, PyTorch, LangChain, Jupyter, MLflow , vector databases, RAG architectures, and frameworks supporting Agentic AI, GenAI/ML platforms, LLM models.

  • Data Platform Skills: Delta Lake, Kafka, Synapse, BigQuery, Redshift, other data tools

  • Languages: Python (ML + automation), SQL (analytics), Spark/Scala (big data workloads)

  • Governance, Ethics & Compliance: Strong understanding of SDAIA, NDMO, PDPL, CCRF, and global frameworks like DAMA, GDPR, OECD, with the ability to embed compliance into architecture design.

  • Integration & Orchestration: Proficiency in APIs, Microservices, Kubernetes, Docker, event-streaming platforms, workflow orchestration for AI pipelines, and scalable MLOps/GenOps solutions.

  • Security & Risk Controls: Working knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, NCA, NDGP, SAMA IT and secure-by-design principles for Data & AI workloads.

 

  • Industry Knowledge: Deep experience in architecting Data & AI use cases for Government/Public Sector, Financial Services, Energy/Utilities, and Aviation, especially in the KSA landscape.

  • Key Platforms & Products: Exposure to regional and enterprise AI ecosystems such as Sawaher Platform, FOCAL, Anything.ai, OmniServe, and similar AI accelerators.

  • Data Architecture & Platform Engineering: Designing modern data platforms, lakehouses, and data mesh architectures aligned with business KPIs.

  • Data Modernization & Migration: Transforming legacy platforms into cloud-native, scalable, and secure data environments.

  • Data Governance & MDM: Implement governance, data quality, metadata management, lineage, cataloging, and master data frameworks aligned with SDAIA/NDMO.

  • Analytics, BI & Insights: Build advanced dashboards, analytical models, and AI-driven insights using ML, predictive analytics, and data science workflows.

  • DataOps: Implement CI/CD for data pipelines, monitoring, observability, and automated data quality checks for reliable operations.

 

AI Services

  • AI-driven Automation: Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), Computer Vision pipelines, Conversational AI, NLP/NLU platforms.

  • GenAI & Agentic AI: Enterprise GenAI apps, RAG architectures, vector search, prompt engineering, and AI agents for task orchestration.

  • MLOps / GenOps: End-to-end model lifecycle management covering training, deployment, versioning, monitoring, explainability, and drift detection.

  • Edge AI & AI Reliability: Low-latency AI inference at the edge; AI testing frameworks to mitigate adversarial attacks, data poisoning, bias, and model leakage.

 

Data & AI Advisory

  • Conduct Data/AI maturity assessments, capability gap analysis, and risk evaluations.

  • Define AI and Data strategy, investment priorities, and transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and KSA regulatory constraints.

 

Industry Data & AI Solutions

  • Architect and deliver sector-specific Data & AI solutions addressing domain challenges in Government, Smart Cities, Healthcare, BFSI, Energy, and Aviation.

       Essential Soft Skills

  • Communication & Presentation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to conduct impactful workshops, high-stakes presentations, and Convergence Views for executive audiences.

  • Strategic Leadership: Ability to lead cross-functional teams through vision and influence.

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to build strong, influential relationships with CXOs, Sales, and Engineering teams.

  • Compliance Adherence: Zero critical compliance or regulatory breaches attributable to the solution blueprint.

  • Stakeholder Alignment Score: Internal and external feedback score reflecting the effectiveness of engagement and alignment.
