About the role:

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex, multi-country engagements on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, experience in Salesforce-based solutions, and the ability to drive high-quality implementations while ensuring best practices.

The candidates should be eligible to obtain a security clearance to the BPSS level. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to lead large, multi-country Salesforce implementations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and execute Salesforce rollout strategies, including migration, transformation, or consolidation.
• Analyse customer business requirements and partner with Solution Architects and Functional Leads to develop tailored technical solutions.
• Assist Developers in implementing designed solutions on the Salesforce platform while following best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to technology and industry best practices.
• Perform quality assurance on deliverables and work products.
• Audit, identify, and resolve data integrity issues.
• Troubleshoot implementation issues and develop test classes.
• Contribute to Salesforce-based presales activities.
• Support the growth and development of the practice.
• Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce clouds and collaborate with product vendors and application teams to design integrations with third-party services, backend systems, and monitoring tools.
• Ensure compliance with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and Salesforce best practices during implementation.
• Mentor and train new hires on the Salesforce platform and contribute to team development.

Required Experience & Skills:

• Expertise in designing and configuring custom objects, custom fields, formula fields, validation rules, page layouts, custom reports, and automation tools based on application requirements.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, including Salesforce Lightning platform, Salesforce Clouds including industry clouds, Nonprofit Success Pack (NPSP), and AppExchange applications.
• Proven experience in full-cycle Salesforce solution implementations within an Agile environment.
• Hands-on experience in analysis, design, customization, implementation, interface development, validation, and deployment within Salesforce projects.
• Proven experience in implementing Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC).
• Good to have experience with FinDock, including Gift Aid, Direct Debit, and Payment Processing.
• Hands-on experience with development toolchains, including Copado and CumulusCI, as well as release management activities.

• Salesforce Platform Developer 1
• Salesforce Platform Developer 2
• Salesforce Designer Certifications
