We are a leading provider in the Technology Services sector, specializing in Customized Professional Services, Implementation Services, Consulting, and Maintenance Services. Our mission is to empower businesses through innovative technology solutions that drive their success. We are looking for a seasoned Sales Specialist with a hunter mentality to join our team and contribute to our growth by expanding our customer base and enhancing our market presence.

Job Description: The Sales Specialist role is pivotal in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You will be responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing business within an enterprise territory, focusing on mining existing customers and finding net new customers. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, consultative selling skills, and the ability to understand customer/prospect business requirements to recommend solutions that meet their objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Leverage and expand your network to access leads, contacts, and opportunities, developing a detailed sales plan with specific account strategies.

Prospect and identify new business opportunities within targeted accounts, maintaining an ongoing pipeline development.

Understand customer needs to create compelling business cases and ROI, effectively communicating the value of our services to C-level decision makers.

Lead deals through the entire sales lifecycle, collaborating with key internal and external stakeholders.

Develop a thorough understanding of each account's industry and business, focusing on how our services can support their goals.

Accurately forecast business activities and achieve committed timelines.

Work closely with business development and marketing teams to design and execute lead generation and marketing campaigns.

Skills Required:

Over 8 years of experience selling Software Development Services, Professional Services, Managed Services, or other software products to C-level executives.

Proven ability to develop and maintain effective business relationships.

Strong understanding of Technology Services markets and experience selling consulting solutions.

Skilled in project scoping, pricing, bid management, risk assessment, customer discovery, and requirements gathering.

University degree (e.g., BSc, MSc) or relevant professional qualification in a related field.

Proven experience in sales and/or business development, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

Experience in recruiting, especially in a fast-paced or technical environment, with a knack for identifying top talent.

Other/Soft Skills:

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly and concisely present ideas.

Strong collaboration skills, able to work effectively in a matrix environment and facilitate teamwork internally and externally.

Analytical and creative problem-solving abilities.

Excellent time management skills, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.

Proficient in change management, with the ability to build consensus and foster change among executive-level stakeholders.

Outstanding organizational skills, leading by example with integrity, initiative, and passion.
