Role Overview 

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect specializing in Data & AI technologies to drive architecture, solution design, and strategic advisory across diverse industry verticals, including Financial Services (FSI), Healthcare & Life Sciences (HLS), Telecom, Manufacturing, Research & Science (R&S), and Public Sector & Defense (PS&D).
The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with presales acumen, industry solutioning experience, and business leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Architecture & Solution Design

• Develop end‑to‑end Data & AI architectures, including data ingestion, processing, analytics, AI/ML model lifecycle, governance, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Architect scalable, secure, and enterprise‑grade solutions leveraging hyperscaler platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Define industry‑specific Data & AI solution blueprints for sectors such as Financial Services & Insurance, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Telecom & Media, Manufacturing, Retail, Travel & Logistics, Energy & Utilities, Public Sector.
• Ensure solutions adhere to compliance, security, responsible AI, and organizational governance standards.

2. Industry-Focused Consulting 

• Conduct industry‑driven assessments and propose Data & AI transformation roadmaps.
• Translate sector‑specific business needs into actionable solution architectures.
• Create value‑driven use cases, capability maps, and modernization strategies.

3. Presales & Business Strategy 

• Support presales cycles including RFI/RFP responses, client presentations, demos, and proposal creation.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders—sales, delivery, product teams—to build compelling Data & AI propositions.
• Leverage external partners and vendors in developing solution propositions.
• Develop and articulate AI strategy, adoption roadmaps, and total cost/value estimations.

4. Technology Leadership

• Serve as a subject matter expert for Data & AI technologies, industry solutions, and cloud-native architectures.
• Provide architectural governance and thought leadership throughout the project lifecycle.
• Stay updated with technology advancements with partners such as Azure, AWS, Google, Data Bricks and Snowflake and emerging Data & AI frameworks.

Required Qualification:

Technical Expertise

• Proven expertise in Data & AI technologies, including data engineering, data platforms, ML/AI lifecycle, and analytics.
• Hands‑on experience architecting solutions on at least one major hyperscaler (Azure/AWS/GCP).
• Strong knowledge of AI/ML, GenAI, data modelling, data governance, security frameworks, and cloud-native patterns.

Industry Experience 

• Demonstrated experience designing and implementing solutions in any of the industries such as Financial Services & Insurance, Healthcare and Life Sciences, Telecom & Media, Manufacturing, Retail, Travel & Logistics, Energy & Utilities, Public Sector.

Certifications

• AI Certification from a major hyperscaler (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud).
• Certified qualifications in Business Administration (MBA or equivalent).

Business & Presales Exposure

• Proven experience in presales, including AI strategy development, solutioning, and proposal leadership.
• Strong understanding of business operations, financials, and enterprise transformation principles.

Preferred Skills: 

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to translate complex technology concepts into business language.
• Experience driving C‑level discussions and industry workshops.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks relevant to FSI, HLS, and Public Sector.
• Experience with modern data architecture, LLMs, vector databases, RAG patterns, and modern AI development methodologies.
