Our Application Management Services:

The primary role of the Senior Managed Service Consultant is to work closely with managed service customers to review enhancement requests, propose solutions to business problems and then deliver the chosen design.

Responsibilities:

  • Customer engagement & ownership: Act as first point of contact, manage enhancement requests, and lead design workshops.
  • Technical delivery & problem-solving: Provide creative solutions and deliver ServiceNow implementations from design through testing.
  • Collaboration & communication: Share best practices, demonstrate strong verbal/written skills, and support knowledge transfer.

 

Required skills and experience:

  • ServiceNow expertise including implementation experience plus at least 2 CIS certifications.
  • Technical proficiency: Strong scripting (PERL, JavaScript, Python, Shell) and web services (REST, SOAP, XML, JSON).
  • Additional knowledge (desirable): Experience with ServiceNow modules (SPM, ITOM, CSM, HR, IRM) and relational databases (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle).

Note: This role is UK-based and offers a remote working opportunity, with occasional UK domestic travel as required. The successful candidate should hold or be capable of obtaining SC clearance to work with UK public sector organisations.
