SailPoint Engineer – Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
We are seeking a SailPoint Engineer with hands-on experience supporting and implementing SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) solutions. The ideal candidate will assist with platform configuration, application onboarding, and identity lifecycle automation, working closely with senior engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to drive IAM modernization across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities
• Support deployment and configuration of SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC)
• Assist in onboarding and integrating applications including Active Directory, HR systems (PeopleSoft, Workday, SAP), SaaS platforms, and custom applications
• Configure identity lifecycle workflows (Joiner/Mover/Leaver), access request processes, and access governance policies
• Assist in building and maintaining identity connectors (standard and REST-based)
• Support certification campaigns, access reviews, and provisioning processes
• Troubleshoot identity-related issues and support incident resolution
• Develop scripts and automation tasks to support platform enhancements
• Maintain system documentation, including configuration guides and test plans
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, technical discussions, and peer reviews
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to translate requirements into technical solutions Qualifications Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field, or equivalent work experience
• 2–4+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management
• 1–2+ years hands-on SailPoint experience (ISC strongly preferred; IIQ experience acceptable with willingness to transition to cloud)
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, LDAP, and HR systems integration
• Basic to intermediate scripting/programming experience (Java, JavaScript, Python, Beanshell or similar)
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, SQL
• Understanding of IAM concepts such as provisioning, access governance, RBAC, and directory services
• Strong documentation and communication skills
Preferred
• Hands-on SailPoint ISC configuration experience
• Experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, Okta, or similar IAM platforms
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
• Familiarity with DevOps and version control tools (Git, CI/CD pipelines)
• Exposure to security compliance frameworks (SOX, NIST, PCI) Key Competencies
