The PPM Head of Delivery will be accountable for the successful execution of all PPM programme and project deliveries across the UK&I portfolio. Working in close partnership with PPM Programme Directors, Programme Managers and Account Teams, this role ensures that programmes and projects are delivered efficiently, on time, within scope, and to an exceptional standard of quality using our standard processes and tools.
As the central point of escalation into PPM, the Head of Delivery will drive governance, prioritisation, and performance across all active engagements. They will collaborate extensively with our Business Lines and Industry teams to ensure seamless delivery, strong client outcomes, and alignment with strategic objectives.
This role also plays a critical part in shaping PPM operational excellence, embedding best practice, and strengthening cross functional delivery capability across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide full oversight, governance, and assurance for all projects, programmes, and deliveries across UK&I clients.
- Experience of leading transformation, transition, and largescale delivery programmes (£20m+ budgets; 100+ resources).
- Drive performance and accountability across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring alignment with commercial, operational, and client objectives.
- Serve as a strategic partner within the senior leadership team alongside Operations, PMO, and Pre-Sales.
- Build trusted relationships while ensuring programme delivery excellence, risk management, and value realisation.
