You will be responsible for leading the planning and execution of projects, including defining project plans, managing schedules, scope, and budgets, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality solutions. The role requires proactive risk management, stakeholder coordination, and the use of data-driven insights to support project performance and strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities: Understand business goals and stakeholder needs, supporting the definition and alignment of solution delivery objectives. Support the delivery of end-to-end solutions, including requirements coordination, user experience alignment, and release planning. Validate and continuously improve solutions through performance measurement and feedback loops. Manage cross-team dependencies to ensure timely delivery within agreed scope. Engage with customers and stakeholders to triage, prioritize, and address feedback. Present solution progress, plans, strategy updates, and demonstrations to leadership and stakeholders. Lead and serve as a key authority in the implementation and optimization of Scaled Agile / SAFe methodologies at the program level. Drive program- and release-level processes across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), demonstrate servant leadership and strong delivery governance. Mentor and coach Scrum Masters and delivery teams. Guide system design and technology maturity considerations aligned with business value streams. Coordinate multiple solution interfaces, both internal and external. Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business strategies into execution-oriented delivery approaches. Apply advanced Agile, Lean, and SAFe principles to improve program performance. Perform functional allocation activities to identify required tasks and dependencies. Your Expertise: Education: Bachelor’s Degree in IT, engineering or business-related field or equivalent professional experience Experience: 5+ years of program management experience delivering complex, end-user-facing products and services Minimum Required Skills Ability to adapt quickly, operate across multiple responsibilities, and demonstrate collaborative leadership, particularly when navigating changes in direction. Strong intellectual curiosity and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced, and rapidly evolving environments. Self-starters with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset are highly valued. Strong project/program management, leadership, dependency management, and cross-functional collaboration skills, with a proven track record of managing complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. Experience across the product and solution lifecycle, from inception through delivery and continuous improvement. Strong affinity for user-centered design principles, with experience supporting UX-driven solutions and customer-focused innovation. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences. Solid understanding of web and mobile technologies, large-scale service operations, and the ability to quickly ramp up new technical domains. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and analytically, including defining and tracking success metrics.
