*Support analyst must be willing to participate in an on-call rota to provide after-hours support as required.

About Hybrid Cloud & Infrastructure (HCI): 

We deliver a secure digital environment from end to end. From edge to data center to cloud, we reduce complexity and help align business and IT performance with business-centric, outcome-focused services. 
Our experienced, skilled experts can advise you on your best digital infrastructure options. They design, build and run the optimal IT environment using our advanced management platforms. Our experts are proficient in new, established and legacy technologies, from AI and machine learning to cloud, data center and mainframe services. Our dedicated cloud centers enable end-to-end cloud services, empowering innovation, optimizing performance, and ensuring security.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in a weekday Rota (08:00–18:00) to monitor ServiceNow for new incidents.

• Provide 2nd/3rd line support for application issues, including functionality errors, data discrepancies, integration failures, and performance problems, meeting SLA targets.

• Respond to user queries and guide on application usage.

• Develop and implement fixes; perform routine maintenance to ensure reliability.

• Support disaster recovery testing.

• Act as SME for the application, assisting with new initiatives and enhancements.

• Manage handover of new or updated functionality from Development to ensure effective client communication.

Skills we can't do without: 

• Proficiency in C# and ASP.NET.
• Experience with MVC, .NET Core.
• Familiarity with SQL Server, including SQL scripting.
• Knowledge of PowerShell and Windows Server.

Skills we'd like: 

• Knowledge of GitHub
• Familiarity with YAML pipelines, Azure Resource Manager (ARM), Bicep
• Knowledge of Selenium
• Experience of .NET Blazor
• Experience with Microsoft Azure services, including App Services, Function Apps, and Monitor/App Insights, Entity Framework, Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps.
