Job Summary:

We are seeking a relentless, results-driven sales hunter to aggressively drive new cybersecurity business for ATOS. This role demands a proactive, high-energy professional who thrives on winning fast, closing deals, and smashing targets. You will own the mission of capturing net-new logos, expanding ATOS’ footprint, and accelerating revenue growth in a competitive market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Hunt and close new business opportunities with speed and precision—focus on quick wins while building long-term strategic accounts.

• Develop and execute aggressive go-to-market strategies targeting high-potential prospects across all channels.

• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads; consistently exceed quota through disciplined prospecting and deal execution.

• Craft compelling, industry-specific messaging that differentiates ATOS and drives urgency for decision-makers.

• Negotiate and close complex deals at CxO level, ensuring rapid conversion from initial engagement to signed contract.

• Collaborate with internal teams to remove obstacles, accelerate deal cycles, and deliver exceptional client experiences.

• Track and report performance metrics regularly; pivot strategies quickly to maximize wins and revenue impact.

• Position ATOS as a market leader in cybersecurity, leveraging thought leadership and industry influence to open doors.

• Travel as needed to engage prospects and close deals face-to-face.

 

Experience & Qualifications:

• Proven track record as a top-performing hunter in cybersecurity sales—consistently exceeding aggressive quotas.

• 5–10 years of high-impact sales experience, preferably in cybersecurity solutions and services.

• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity disciplines (e.g., SOC/MDR, EDR, cloud security, IAM, AI Security, compliance frameworks).

• Ability to connect business priorities to cybersecurity solutions and articulate ROI to executive stakeholders.

• Strong technical acumen and familiarity with tools like Salesforce and MS Suite.

• Industry certifications (CISM, CISSP, GIAC) preferred.
