Offensive Security Practice Manager

The Offensive Security Practice Manager works closely with the Vice-Presidents of In Fidem's offices, the Executive Committee and the Senior Directors. This position contributes to the achievement of the management's results by directing and administering projects and activities related to its product and their evolutions.

The Practice Manager coordinates a team of offensive security experts for public bodies or large companies' consultation mandates.

As an expert in the field, the Practice Manager is able to deliver penetration test intrusion, Red and Purple teams, as well as social engineering campaigns. In addition, as product manager at In Fidem, will be called upon to participate in service offers development or business opportunities in field of expertise.


Duties and responsibilities:

Develop and maintain the offensive security service catalog

Manage the delivery chain of various offensive security services, including:

  • Internal and external intrusion tests
  • Application tests (web applications and heavy customer)
  • Purple team and red team exercises
  • Phishing campaigns
  • Social engineering campaigns over the phone
  • Participate in the execution of offensive security contract
  • Accompanying junior team members in carrying out their mandates
  • Producing estimates of efforts for sales team, as well as participate in drafting service offerings for offensive security mandates

Develop the practice through the service catalogue, as well as the team's internal projects:

  • Practice of intrusion techniques and pen test in an internal lab
  • Research & development & technological watch
  • Some services integration with other teams (computer surveys, incident response, SOC)



  • Minimum of eight (8) years of information technology experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years in offensive safety (pentest/red team).
  • Practical experience conducting internal and external intrusion tests, including social engineering attacks.
  • Good knowledge of Active Directory domain attack methods, including creating Kerberos tickets, domain mapping, communications interception and network identity theft, and privilege escalation techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
