Direct Responsibilities
- The Data Analyst will be part of the DSI Informatics Data Science team, working on a big-data platform for cancer genomics.
- This platform integrates clinical, biomarker, and genomics data to provide analytical capabilities for the translational science team.
- The candidate will closely collaborate with DS project leads and clinical scientists, applying informatics techniques to support drug discovery and precision medicine.
- This is a technical role, and we seek a highly skilled, technology-driven professional who can:
- Architect, code, build, and test solutions independently.
- Mentor and guide the team. Preferred Experience: Proficiency in R and Python programming, with experience in the Pharma and Life Sciences industry.
- Cloud computing services (AWS) Analytics/Visualization software (Spotfire).
- Extensive experience in data modeling for analytical applications.
- Good to have a strong background in statistical analysis is highly beneficial, along with familiarity with bioinformatics/genomics tools and databases.
