MUST Have

  • Overall IT Experience 12+ years
  • 8+ years of relevant experience in development, configuration, upgrades, orchestration, Third-party integrations and building solution on ServiceNow platform, ITSM, CMDB, Discovery, ITBM, HAM (Hardware Asset Management), Service Request management, Service Portal and Platform management.
  • Strong integration/automation experience, Handson in using Webservices + SOAP/REST API's
  • Experience in ServiceNow Automation/Orchestration - Integration hub/spokes and Cloud based automation – Example: Google Cloud/AWS/Azure experience
  • Request Fulfilment automations hands on in the areas like Server commissioning/decommissioning, storage, backup, patching etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of the usage/implementation of containerization tools like Kubernetes or Docker etc.
  • Candidate must be able to design/code/manage development work (all round)
  • Work closely with Customers to understand and translate their business and technical requirements, propose solutions to business problems and lead the technical delivery and implementation of the chosen solution.
  • Strong and hands on architecting and designing capabilities. Must be able to single-handedly propose, own the architecture and design solution, execute proof of concept independently and execute innovative solution.
  • Should be able to work independently and in agile manner.
  • Advantage to have the ServiceNow product management and team management experience.
  • Strong flare for innovation and research, and able to apply it to practice.
  • Excellent communication skills – Should be able to drive customer presentations, explain solutions to customer audience, drive innovation workshop with customer in areas of cloud and mobility architectures.
  • ServiceNow System Administrator and Application Developer, Certification preferred.
