Job Title: Syndicate Loan Specialist Location:

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Syndicate Loan Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of syndicated loans, credit analysis, and market trends within the Indian financial sector. This role requires exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex financial transactions effectively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certifications (e.g., CFA) preferred. 
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Syndicated loans/Bank Debt Middle office, with a strong understanding of loan syndication processes/life cycle for US Market
• Knowledge of US market and instruments
• Proven track record in structuring and executing syndicated loan transactions/life cycle, including credit assessment and analysis.
• Knowledge of Loan setup and Loan settlement
• Knowledge of Funding Memo /Assignment Agreements /AML/KYC compliance
• Hands on experience in Advent Geneva is mandatory and knowledge of CleaPar will be an added advantage.
• Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in reconciliation and risk assessment techniques.
• Good comprehension and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
