We are looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes across Salesforce environments. The ideal candidate will ensure reliable, secure, and efficient release management while supporting agile delivery and high-quality deployments.

Experience

• 8+ years of overall IT experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce DevOps

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools such as Git, Jenkins, GitHub/GitLab, and Copado
• Manage Salesforce deployments across multiple environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Pre-Prod, Production)
• Handle version control, branching strategies, and release management best practices
• Automate build, test, and deployment processes using Salesforce DX, Metadata API, and CLI
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers, admins, and release coordinators to ensure smooth releases
• Monitor deployments, troubleshoot issues, and perform root-cause analysis
• Implement DevOps best practices for security, compliance, and audit readiness

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps tools – Copado & GitHub
• Proficiency in Salesforce DX, Git-based version control, and CI/CD automation
• Experience with Apex, SOQL, Lightning Components (LWC/Aura) for deployment troubleshooting
• Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and release cycles
• Experience with cloud platforms and scripting (Bash, PowerShell, or Python) is a plus

Nice to Have

• Salesforce certifications (Platform Developer, DevOps, Copado)
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
