Job Title: SailPoint Developer
Location: Bangalore
Work Shift : UK & US Shift
Experience: 5–10 Years (Minimum 3+ Years in SailPoint IIQ/ISC)
Role Overview
We are looking for a skilled SailPoint Developer to join the Identity and Access Management (IAM) team. The role involves providing technical expertise across SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) or IdentityNow (ISC) modules, including provisioning, access certifications, role management, and policy enforcement within a complex enterprise environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement IAM solutions using SailPoint IIQ/ISC
- Develop and customize connectors, workflows, rules (Java/BeanShell), forms, and integrations
- Build and integrate REST APIs for application onboarding
- Perform installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and deployments of SailPoint solutions
- Manage identity lifecycle processes including provisioning, de-provisioning, and access governance
- Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM requirements and solutions
- Perform testing, documentation, and knowledge transfer activities
- Support application maintenance, enhancements, and IAM operations
Technical Skills & Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ / IdentityNow
- Strong experience in:
- Provisioning, certification, RBAC, policy enforcement
- Connector development and application onboarding
- Workflow and rule development (Java/BeanShell)
- Experience with REST API integrations and enterprise systems
- Good understanding of IAM/IGA concepts (RBAC, SOD, lifecycle management)
- Knowledge of Linux/Unix environments
- Experience with databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
- Exposure to scripting/coding (JavaScript, XML, Perl, etc.)
Soft Skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to troubleshoot and take independent technical decisions
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in preparing technical documentation
Preferred Skills
- Experience in complex enterprise IAM implementations
- Exposure to multi-directory environments and integrations
- Knowledge of cloud-based IAM (IdentityNow)
Qualification
- Any full-time graduate (preferably in Computer Science / IT or related field)
