Requirements

• Extensive experience in PP/QM in implementation and rollout
• Executing LSMW uploads for production master data
• Creating functional design of ABAP development
• Integration from SAP to MES system by Idoc interfacing
• Good integration knowledge with other modules like SD/MM/WM/EWM/FICO/ATTP
• Strong knowledge of ASAP methodology, Blue Printing, Functional Specs, Process Flow Diagrams, Business Process Integration
• Experience of mapping the existing business process to SAP by ‘ASIS’, ‘TOBE’, and Fit/Gap Analysis.
• Integration knowledge of PP, PP-PI, and QM with MM in goods movement, back flushing, automatic goods receipt, STO process, reservations, production order, planning, purchase requisition, MRP process, sub-contracting, external operations, and operational outsourcing. 
• Expertise in batch management, batch classification and back flush to issue materials. 
• Data extraction and migration with LSMW, BDC and LTMC. 
• Experience in SAP Demand Management, MRP, PP-PI Process Management, Batch Management, Variant Configuration and MES Interface.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and implement IT solutions and processes in IT systems like applications, platforms and networks through IT changes, projects in line with global Information Technology (IT) and security guidelines
• Detailing design and hardwiring business requirements as per Architectural and Security guidelines
• This requires high quality Stories (change specifications) and projects changes which will allow Engineers and/or Developers to translate into code/configuration.
