Title: Sr SAP PP/QM Consultant

Location: Bangalore (Whitefield)/Mumbai (Airoli)/Pune(Talwade)/Chennai (Siruseri)

Experience: 6 -11 Yrs

Office Requirement: 3 Days WFO

Role and Responsibilities:

• Support Changes requests/ Project changes requests and Incidents effectively.
• Interfaces: A strong interface knowledge is required. Mobile interface working experience is an added advantage.
• Communication skills: A strong communication to interact with customers & colleagues from different countries effectively.
• Understanding of QM process flow and required data modification on integration touch point. System configuration, Data migration & Master data modification.
• Design of reports, forms, interfaces, enhancements and conversions.
• Preparing functional specifications for Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms.

Experience:

• Consultant/Sr Consultant with at least 6-10 years of PPQM experience which includes 4-5 years of Domain experience.
• At least 3 End to End implementation & 1 End to End Transition + Support project experience.
• Should be able to work on complex configuration requirements independently.
• Experience on Support Incidents/Change requests process/Rollouts/Upgrade projects
• Manage the deliveries of IMS/CRs within SLAs
• Coordination with customer to understand the business requirements and various stake holders involved in changes request process
• In-depth understanding of SAP PPQM and Logistics process.
• Hands-on configuration skills on SAP ERP - PPQM experience Cross functional integration experience in SD, MM, Logistics, MES, QM, ECC.
• Must be a good team player with proven skills in collaboration with large and global cross-functional teams
• Proven track record of successful project outcome w.r.t. cust satisfaction, quality deliverables & on-time delivery.
• Should design business processes, write specifications, configure system, test, and train business users.
• SAP Module certified in the domain of work (Mandatory)

Required Skills

Primary Technical skills:

• Primary Skills (Must Have) Enterprise Structure, Master Data, Batch Management, MRP, CBP, RM planning and integration with Quality Management.

Secondary Skills (Good to have)

• Experience with PP integration points (PP, WM, FICO, MM)
• Experience with SAP shop-floor systems or 3rd party shop-floor system that interfaces to SAP
• Experience with SAP upgrades including support stacks and enhancement packages
• Knowledge of PP process Variant config, KANBAN, Subcontracting process, Discrete manufacturing (MTS & MTO)
• Comprehensive knowledge of interface in SAP PP and QM
• Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager.
