Essential Expertise: - MS Teams L3/L4 Level of Knowledge mandatory - Office 365 Security and Compliance Admin Portal and ATP(Advance Threat Protection) - Exchange Online Admin Skype for Business Online Admin, Mail flow (We need a good resource in Mail flow department), Mailbox & Migration - Messaging Apps Support - Outlook, SfB, OWA, Windows - OneDrive Admin and SharePoint Online Knowledge - Azure AD Sync, Azure AD, Other Peripheral Office 365 Services Knowledge - Methodology of Analysis of Security Incidences - Good at Incident management, Change Management(General ITIL Processes) - Resource should be Flexible in Behavioural Competency - Power-shell Scripting Expertise in Office 365 ExOnline, OneDrive Powershell and Automation - Security and Compliance Reports for Security Score Good to have: - AD Conceptual level - Enterprise Vault
