Requirements
- 12+ years of SAP experience with 5+ years of hands-on expertise in SAP BTP and implementation of Agentic AI / Generative AI solutions.
- Minimum two full-cycle SAP BTP implementations as a Technical Architect.
- Strong expertise in SAP AI Core, SAP AI Launchpad, SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud (Vector Engine), and SAP BTP Integration Suite.
- Hands-on experience with CAP/RAP, Clean Core principles, and SAP S/4HANA standard APIs (OData, SOAP, RFC).
- Proficiency in Node.js, Python, or Java along with strong SQL/SQLScript skills.
- Experience with LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, vector embeddings, and RAG-based architectures.
- Knowledge of AI engineering frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex, along with modern DevOps (Git, CI/CD).
- Strong stakeholder management, mentoring, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop autonomous, multi-agent AI solutions using CAP/RAP on SAP BTP.
- Build and orchestrate AI-powered applications leveraging SAP AI Core, AI Launchpad, and LLM technologies.
- Implement and extend SAP Joule with custom skills, conversational workflows, and cross-application integrations.
- Architect semantic data pipelines using SAP Datasphere, SAP HANA Cloud, and Vector Engine to support AI use cases and RAG solutions.
- Design secure, scalable, and clean-core compliant integrations using SAP Integration Suite and Event Mesh.
- Implement AI governance, security, audit logging, data privacy controls, and human-in-the-loop (HITL) frameworks.
- Lead technical architecture reviews, establish best practices, and drive enterprise AI adoption.
- Mentor cross-functional teams and collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.
