Role and Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines and the quality of deliverables meet client expectations.
  • It is a client facing role. Excellent communication and presentation skills are required and must be a team player.
  • Expected to work independently on projects, Strong decision-making skills Ability to work under stressful and tight timeline situations.
  • Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Time off and Time Sheet Solutions in compliance with the Best Practices
  • Exposure on European and Nordic customers is preferred.
  • Expected to work independently on projects, Strong decision-making skills Ability to work under stressful and tight timeline situations.
  • Translate Business requirements into System Configuration Objects and create Solution Design for SuccessFactors Time off and Time Sheet Solutions in compliance with the Best Practices
  • Exposure on European and Nordic customers is preferred.

 Required Skills and Experience

  • Candidate should have minimum 8-10 years’ experience in SAP including SuccessFactors, must have worked on 3 end to end implementations in SF Time Off and Time Sheet and Support projects.
  • Should have strong exposure on SF Time Off, Time Sheet and Time Tracking
  • Must have clear understanding of Integrating External Time Tracking Services with SAP SuccessFactors Clock In Clock Out process
  • SuccessFactors Employee Central and/or Time tracking certification is mandatory.
  • Strong Functional knowledge of Employee Central, data migration techniques and Business Rules.
  • Ensure deliverables are completed within deadlines and the quality of deliverables meet client expectations.
